Monster Jam at AT&T Stadium

Motorsport fans and adrenaline junkies can rejoice this Valentine's Day weekend, as Monster Jam arrives at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 7 p.m. Monster Jam is a live motorsport event tour and television show featuring freestyle competitions by monster trucks. North American Reptile Breeders Conference & Trade Show

The North American Reptile Breeders Conference & Trade Show will gather for a one of a kind two-day show featuring reptiles from all over the world including snakes, geckos, and iguanas. The event will be held at the Arlington Convention Center (1200 Ballpark Way Arlington, TX 76011) both Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 13-14, 2016. Purchasing the exotic and rare breeds will be the highlights of the event but in addition, attendees will also be able to enjoy presentations from international reptile breeders during both days. Jefferson Starship at Arlington Music Hall

Jefferson Starship is an American rock band formed in the early 1970s by several members of the former psychedelic rock group Jefferson Airplane. From 2 to 5 p.m. local organizations and librarians will lead short, 45-minute interactive classes on lifestyle, crafting, education, and more. Acquiring new skills stimulates areas in the brain that encourage positive thinking and well-being, which can lead to making people happier as individuals and oftentimes more marketable as job-seekers. Valentine Tots Party at Hugh Smith Recreation Center

Arlington Parks and Recreation is hosting the Valentine Tots Party at Hugh Smith Recreation Center in The American Dream City! There will be music, cookie decorating and storytime on Feb. 13, 2016, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Children ages 1-8 are welcome and it will be $6 per child. Modern Masters from the Guild Hall Collection

This exhibition will feature work by 60 artists including Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg, Jackson Pollock, Roy Lichtenstein, Willem de Kooning, and Robert Motherwell. Modern art has brought a fresh and unconventional approach to the creative community, expressing the loves, hates, ideas, beliefs, interests, passions, strengths, and weaknesses of a generation emerging in the mid-Twentieth Century. This exhibit will explore traditional mediums of art, outside the box, and how the art world embraced the work that represents a movement that changed the face of fine art in America. Astronaut at UTA Planetarium

See what it takes to become an Astronaut and the effect space has on the human body this Sunday, February 14 at UTA Planetarium! Narrated by Ewan McGregor, experience a rocket launch from inside the body of an astronaut, explore the amazing worlds of inner and outer space, and discover the perils that lurk in space.
