Arlington: the American Dream City is prominently showcased in the latest edition of REDNews, a commercial real estate marketing publication.

The April 2016 edition's cover is an image of Arlington's Entertainment District, showing Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium. The picture was taken in October 2015 as the theme park was hosting a fall event, the Rangers were playing in the MLB playoffs and the Dallas Cowboys were hosting the New England Patriots.

Inside the publication is a feature story on Arlington and it's American Dream City brand. The article focuses mainly on Arlington's economic development amenities including our location, strong education system with institutions like Tarrant County College and UT Arlington, the vibrant Entertainment District, and our already established business community anchored by the General Motors Assembly Plant, which recently announced a $1.4 billion expansion.

It also highlights some of the economic development successes Arlington has recently enjoyed including the announcement of the $200 million Texas Live! project, a mixed-use development in the Entertainment District that will include a large entertainment venue and 300-room hotel.

REDNews focuses solely on Texas communities and properties. Previously, cities like Fort Worth, Plano and Amarillo have been featured as cover stories.
