Sunday, October 11, 2015 brought together the Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Six Flags Over Texas, as tens of thousands of residents and visitors poured into Arlington for three major events.

First, 80,000 people came out to watch the Cowboys take on the defending world champion New England Patriots at AT &T Stadium, a nationally televised game on CBS at 3:25 p.m.

Then, at 7:00, Six Flags Over Texas hosted thousands for its annual "Fright Fest " event, the largest Halloween celebration in North Texas.

And just 10 minutes later, at Globe Life Park in Arlington, a sellout crowd was on hand for the first Rangers home playoff game in The American Dream City since October 5, 2012.

All of these events provided a memorable day for people in Arlington, Texas and once again meant the City was in the national spotlight. It was all made by possible by the can-do spirit of our residents that makes dreams a constant reality.
