Season with Holiday in the Park

Six Flags Over Texas, the Thrill Capital of Texas, transforms into the "Cheer"capital this holiday season. For 30 years, Holiday in the Park has spread holiday joy to families. This year the tradition continues as this magical event shines even brighter. On select dates from November 21 through January 3, 2016, SantaLand, the Holiday Tree of Trees Spectacular, The Frosty Snowhill, and more await guests during this memorable celebration.

Guests can climb aboard the SantaLand Express to enter the enchanted world of SantaLand. This winter wonderland provides unforgettable experiences including:

  • A picture with Rudolph and friends at the Reindeer Meet & Greet
  • A Personal Visit to Santa's Workshop to meet Santa's Helpers, the Sugar Plum Fairy, Mrs. Claus and the big man himself, Santa Claus
  • A chance to get Mom and Dad a gift at Santa's Secret Shoppe that's just for kids

The dazzling Holiday Tree of Trees Spectacular greets guests as they enter the park. At nearly 60 feet tall, this mega-tree is made up of 72 Christmas trees trimmed with thousands of lights that dance magically to favorite holiday scores.

At Six Flags Over Texas, snowfall arrives early to create an exhilarating ride on The Frosty Snowhill. Guests of all ages can experience the thrilling sensation of sledding a hill made of actual snow.

The seasonal fun doesn't stop there as five holiday shows, ranging from a Texas twist to a Victorian revue, will have guests singing and dancing along. After visitors catch a show, they can warm up at one of the six holiday campfires around the park, with a cup of hot cocoa, or with their own s'mores.
