If you are willing to serve, Keep Arlington Beautiful Board (KAB) is searching for board members. Applicants should believe in the organization's mission and must be willing to be active in their governance roles. The Board is recognized as a Keep Texas Beautiful and Keep America Beautiful Gold Star Affiliate.

KAB is entering a challenging and exciting time, as economic pressures on Arlington increase, and the demand for the organization's services continues to rise. KAB has a tradition of high quality service provision and activism related to litter abatement, beautification, and community engagement as well as education and awareness to Arlington residents.

As The American Dream City continues its rapid growth, KAB strives to empower community members to take action toward environmental stewardship and sustainability. The organization uses various program initiatives to achieve its mission in educating and engaging the Arlington community to take responsibility for improving their environment.

The Keep Arlington Arlington Board needs representatives from the public and private sectors as potential board candidates. Nominations will be accepted and voted on during our next board meeting scheduled on September 3, 2015, at 6:00 p.m.

Contact Samantha Crossnoe for more information or to RSVP at 817-459-5477.
