WHEN: 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Friday, October 31, 2014

WHO: Authors Stephen Fagin and Mike E. Witzgall

Join the Friends of the Arlington Public Library and their guest authors for stimulating discussion and a delicious meal at the annual Fall Book & Author Luncheon. Proceeds benefit library initiatives, such as reading readiness for preschoolers, summer reading club, and literacy programs.

Stephen Fagin, associate curator and author, offers an engaging talk based on his book, Assassination and Commemoration: JFK, Dallas and the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. With the 25th anniversary of The Sixth Floor Museum this year, this will be an especially timely topic.

Mike E. Witzgall, a retired Dallas police officer and author has a wealth of law enforcement and military experience from which to draw for his writing. He served in the Marine Corps elite Force Reconnaissance teams and then later as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Infantry and Military Police Corps. He loves a good mystery and Sentinel's Choice is his first novel.

There will be a book signing immediately after the luncheon. Get ticket information online or contact the Friends of the Arlington Public Library at 817-548-9768 or by email at [email protected].
