Early Voting Ends October 31 for General & Special Elections

Early voting will run Monday, October 20 through Friday, October 31 for the upcoming Joint General and Special elections. Election day is Tuesday, November 4.

In Arlington, residents are voting on a five-year, $236 million bond package that will pay for large capital projects: street improvements, parks & recreation, fire facilities and libraries.

Information about voting early by mail, along with a listing of Election Day polling locations and candidate information, is available on the City of Arlington's website or by calling 817-459-6186.

Monday, October 20-24
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday, October 25
7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday, October 26
11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Monday, October 27-31
7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Before You Go! Don't forget your Voter Registration Card or an approved form of photo identification.

A voter will be required to show one of the following forms of photo identification at the polling location before the voter will be permitted to cast a vote.

  • Texas driver license issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS)
  • Texas Election Identification Certificate issued by DPS
  • Texas personal identification card issued by DPS
  • Texas concealed handgun license issued by DPS
  • United States military identification card containing the person's photograph
  • United States citizenship certificate containing the person's photograph
  • United States passport
