Scott Peach is living the dream as head football coach at Arlington High. That's nothing new for a man who has helped the Colt's football program turn a lot of dreams into reality.

Peach was born and raised in Arlington, even playing football for his father at Arlington Lamar before attending Baylor University. He held a handful of assistant coaching positions before getting his big break at the 28.

Since taking the helm in 2002, Peach has turned Arlington High into one of the top program in the area, leading the school to five consecutive playoff appearances.

As someone who impacts the lives of young people on a daily basis, Peach maintains a well-balanced academic and social athletic program. In fact, many of his players have gone on to play at Division I and II schools across the country. One player, offensive lineman Luke Joeckel, went on to star at Texas A&M and was ultimately picked second by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2013 NFL draft.
