City Hall

Earlier this year, the Arlington City Council formed the Citizens" Bond Committee (CBC), a group of 19 citizens who are charged with reviewing and recommending projects to city council members for a potential November 2014 bond election. After completing their work over the last two months, the CBC is inviting the public to review the draft recommended project list that will move forward for City Council consideration.

The open house is scheduled for May 22 at 6 p.m.in the Council Briefing Room on the third floor of City Hall.

The CBC met weekly throughout April and May to learn about proposed projects and make recommendations on which projects should move forward to City Council for approval to put on the ballot. The last bond approved by Arlington voters was in 2008. The 2008 package included streets, parks, park facilities, library and fire projects.
