Studies show that people who use their strengths are six times more likely to be engaged in their jobs and more than three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life. You often hear from people who are celebrated for following their passions - excellent teachers, celebrated artists, well-known musicians and more - that they simply couldn't imagine doing anything else, and they would probably follow that pursuit even if they weren't being paid for it.
