Everyone needs a great companion, and Buddy’s name says it all. Buddy is a handsome male Pomeranian Mix who is the featured Dog of the Week at Arlington Animal Services. Approximately six years young, Buddy is as friendly as can be, loves to be with people and truly takes the saying "lap dog" to heart. This polite little guy enjoys walks and does well on a leash. Buddy is a companion dog who enjoys meeting new people and appears to be very social. Although we do not know his history, we believe Buddy would do best in a home with older children and an owner who can spend time daily with Buddy as he enjoys companionship and love. At approximately 16 pounds, Buddy is considered a small to medium size dog and would require regular grooming which would include daily brushing and visits to a groomer to maintain his gorgeous, silky-soft coat. This little man enjoys the attention from training and loves to "dance" on his hind legs for treats. Heseems to listen well and enjoys short periods of treat motivated training. If your family is looking for a wonderful, loving dog please come visit with Buddy today. Buddy is located in Dog Condo 1, ID number 22549411. Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, microchip, neuter and 30 days free pet insurance.
