Hundreds of people flocked to Founders Plaza in downtown Arlington for the inaugural Food Truck Friday event on March 21. Bombay Chopstix brought the aromas, flavors and exotic recipes of Indian Chinese cuisine, while Holy Frijoles dished out upscale, authentic Mexican on non-plastic. Maui Wowi brought some delicious coffee and shakes to try as well.

The response was so overwhelming, the Arlington Parks & Recreation Department is planning to add more trucks to future Food Truck Fridays. Stay tuned for more information on which trucks will make it March 28.
