Get Fit

Motivation is the key to achieving, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and the newly opened Fit Body Boot Camp in Arlington is committed to providing this to its clients.

Each workout takes place in a group setting led by a certified personal trainer. This makes the atmosphere more fun and supportive, while maximizing fat loss and muscle gain-all at the same time. Each workout can be personalized to specific people in order to get the best results.

Fit Body Boot Camp was brought to Arlington by Army veteran Josh Galbreath, who is very committed to helping people achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

"Our equipment is basic: dumbbells, resistance straps, kettle bells, battle ropes, plyo boxes and your own body weight," said Galbreath. "Unlike traditional gyms, our facility is very flexible. We can create new and dynamic workouts each day. It's always a challenge, always shocking the body and I find it provides quicker results without the intimidation of large machines and weights."

Sessions - currently $29 - are held in the morning and evening. Morning group sessions begin at 6:30 a.m. and the last evening group session starts at 7:30 p.m. All group sessions are Monday to Friday.

Fit Body Boot Camp also offers nutrition plans that are easy and fun to follow. For more information, visit the Arlington Fit Body Boot Camp website or call 817-600-2011.
