Meet Dexter, our special Dog of The Week! Dexter is a little shy and afraid when he first meets you, but warms up very quickly when you show him affection. It's very difficult for Dexter when he is around a bunch of noisy dogs and in a strange environment. He would probably do very well in a quiet household with grown children. hihuahuas are known to be very devoted to their owners. Wouldn't you like to welcome Dexter into your home and receive that devotion in return? Dexter appears to be housebroken. He is a white, long haired Chihuahua mix and weighs eight and a half pounds. His age is approximately 18 months, which means he is fully grown. Dexter tested negative for heart worms and is up to date on his shots. Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, neuter, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance as well as a city dog license. You can also take advantage of our free "First visit to the Vet for a checkup" program. Dexter is available for adoption today and is located in the Pet Adoption Mall in Dog Adoption 3, ID number A23266819.
