Household of Faith hosts its Annual Outdoor "Summer Music Festival"

Enjoy a family date night this Friday at the Summer Music Festival hosted by the Household of Faith Church, 5001 New York Avenue. This family orientated event will include food trucks, merchant vendors, musical performances by Bryan Popin and other special guests. Admission and parking will be free. Please bring your own seating.

Athletics vs. Rangers

It's another fun night at the Globe Life Park in Arlington as the Oakland A's take on your Texas Rangers in a three-game series. Friday's game begins at 7:05 p.m. Saturday's game begins at 7:05 p.m. Sunday's game begins at 6:05 p.m. and features a free fedora hat for the first 15,000.

Japan Otaku Day

Teens in grades 7-12 have a chance to dress up in their favorite Cosplay costumes Saturday. Hang out with friends, watch new anime, and try some delicious Asian snacks. The event starts at 2:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. at George W. Hawkes Central Library, 101 E. Abram Street. Admission is free.

Arlington Music Hall: Restless Heart

Enjoy some country music by the Restless Heart Saturday at the Arlington Music Hall. The Restless Heart has had six consecutive #1 hits and four of their albums have been certified Gold by the RIAA. Summer Sizzler XII 5K/ 1 Mile Run/ Walk

Come and have fun at the beautiful River Legacy Parks in North Arlington. Enjoy a friendly competitive race on a course that's relatively flat, fast and mostly shaded.
