Get ready for your next obsession. The Dottie Lynn Recreation Center is now offering Beginners Pickleball classes! This addicting sport is a mix of ping pong and tennis in which participants use a solid paddle to hit a whiffle ball over a net. While similar to tennis, the court is one third the size - providing a great, lower impact workout. See the video below to learn more about the sport.

Pickleball requires a partner, so bring a friend, spouse, parent or plan to make new friends in the class. Beginning Pickleball is open to anyone over the age of 18. Equipment is provided. For $5/class or $20/month this is a great opportunity to get introduced to the sport.

Beginners Pickleball is offered on Tuesdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. from April 1-29 at the Dottie Lynn Recreation Center.
