Professional Bull Riding Built Tough Series

Watch 24 of the world's best bull riders as they go head-to-head until only one rider remains. Saturday's event at AT&T Stadium is a test of endurance as riders may get on as many as six bulls in two hours. Country singer Justin Moore will perform at 5:50 p.m. and the bull riding will begin at 7 p.m.

UT Arlington Presents "The Magic Flute"

Tickets are still available for "The Magic Flute," an opera co-produced by UT Arlington's Maverick Theatre Company and Department of Music. This surreal fantasy is filled with beautiful melodies and charming characters. When the Queen of the Night's daughter is kidnapped by an evil sorcerer, it's up to the heroic prince to save her. But in a land of enchantment, nothing is ever what it seems. This production of Mozart's classic will cast a spell on audiences! Sunday's performance is 2:30 p.m. at the UT Arlington MainStage Theatre (Fine Arts Building), 502 South Cooper Street. Ticket prices are $12 for General Public; $9 for Senior Citizens, Students and UTA Faculty and Staff.

UT Arlington Basketball Doubleheader

Catch UT Arlington's Brandon Edwards, one of the top rebounders in the country, and the rest of the Mavs as they take on the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers at College Park Center. Tipoff is Saturday at 7 p.m. Before the men take the floor, cheer on the Lady Mavs as they play the WKU Lady Toppers at 5:00 p.m. Go Mavs! Tickets are available at: http://utatickets.com/.

Wags and Flags

With the high for Saturday expected to rise above 70 degrees, head on over to Six Flags Over Texas for the park's first Wags and Flags event where you and your dog can enjoy this weather. From 8 to 9:30 a.m., dog owners can walk their pets through the park and enjoy activities, take photos and receive a coupon for $14.99 off their next visit. Donations will benefit Arlington Animal Services.

Greek Meet

Area high school girls who are interested in joining a sorority in college can attend this year's Greek Meet hosted by the Arlington Alumnae Panhellenic Association. The event will be at 2 p.m. at Oakridge School Fine Arts Center, where they can meet with panhellenic members and learn about sorority life. Reservations are required and can be made at www.arlington-panhellenic.org.
