Tickets for ACM Awards in Arlington Sell Out in Minutes

It took all of 18 minutes for to sell out the 50th annual Academy of Country Music Awards show being held April 19, 2015 at AT&T Stadium and the ACM Party for a Cause: 50 Years of Music of Memories April 17-18, 2015 at nearby Globe Life Park. Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan will again co-host the Sunday night show.

A whole weekend of fun is being planned for Arlington. The music begins on April 17, 2015 with a two-day all-star concert series, ACM Party with a Cause, at nearby Globe Life Park. At the moment, a total of 24 shows will held, 12 inside the ballpark and 12 outside it.

According to the Academy of Country Music, more events are being planned to accommodate as many fans as possible. "Country music is alive and well in North Texas," said Bob Romeo, CEO of ACM, in a statement released Tuesday.
