Hundreds of people are expected to visit Founders Plaza in downtown Arlington today for Food Truck Friday. After last week's overwhelming response, organizers have added more food trucks to satisfy the taste buds of people who visit, work and go to school in downtown Arlington.

The following food trucks will be parked at Founders Plaza on April 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.:

• Ballpark Express
• Dough Boys Pizza Truck
• Say Kimichi
• Holy Frijole
• Texas Burrito Company
• Maui Wowi
