Contractual Provisions
Contractor shall be exempt from making collections on the following holidays:
4th of July - Labor Day - Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Day - New Year’s Day
Services to resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
4th of July (Independence Day) - Tuesday, July 4
Residential and commercial collections suspended Residential collections will resume the next regular collection day, Trash on Friday, July 7, and Recycle on Tuesday, July 11. Commercial collections resume on Wednesday, July 5
Labor Day - Monday, September 4
Residential and commercial collections suspended Residential collections will resume the next regular collection day, Trash on Thursday-September 7, and Recycle on Monday, September 11. Commercial collections resume on Tuesday, September 5
Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 23
Residential and commercial collections suspended Residential collections will resume the next regular collection day, Trash on Monday, November 27, and Recycle on Thursday, November 30. Commercial collections resume on Friday, November 24.
Christmas Day - Monday, December 25
Residential and commercial collections suspended Residential collections will resume the next regular collection day, Trash on Thursday, December 28, and Recycle on Monday, January 8, 2024. Commercial collections resume on Tuesday, December 26.
New Years Day - Monday, January 1 2024
Residential and commercial collections suspended Residential collections will resume the next regular collection day, Trash on Thursday, January 4, and Recycle on Monday, January 8, 2024. Commercial collections resume on Tuesday, January 2.
