Top Notch Attyre

Let your imagination run wild and create something unique to you at Top Notch Attyre. Do you need embroidered jackets with your company logo or t-shirts for your family reunion? Or how about a custom-printed purse, leggings, or car seat? Created by owner and Arlington resident, Alicia Haswell, Top Notch Attyre is a one-stop shop for all your custom designs and print jobs.

After working in corporate for the apparel and promotion industry for 10 years, Haswell decided to start her own business in 2017.

“I’m doing things I never would have dreamed of on Logan Street in East New York when I was eight,” Haswell said. “I appreciate Arlington and this area for allowing someone who doesn’t fit the norm to have this position.”

During the pandemic in 2021, Haswell decided to take her business to the next level and opened her storefront in South Arlington. Her family came together to help Haswell make the dream happen, her father built some shelving, and her husband, son and cousin now working as her Custom Consultants.

Haswell loves the uniqueness of custom requests and learning just how creative individuals or businesses can be with their promotional products, and how much imagination can go into the items people use every day.

“Let your imagination go wherever you choose. I’m like Dr. Seuss, ‘the places we can go.’ No matter what you are trying to do or customize, I can help,” Haswell emphasized. She also added, “I have a Caribbean background and I like to cater to minorities, because sometimes they don’t know how to ask for things. They feel like we are unreachable, and I want them to know, I’m right here for them.”

You can create your custom order on Top Notch Attyre’s website, https://www.topnotchattyre.com/. You can also visit their store at 1101 E Bardin Road, to work with Alicia or one of her Custom Consultants in person and create something extraordinary. The City of Arlington is highlighting minority-owned and/or women-owned small businesses throughout 2023. Canales Furniture, another Small Business of Arlington, who has grown substantially in the last few years, wants to give back to the community and is sponsoring this program with the Planning & Development Services Department for the year 2023.
