Dog of the Week – Meet Nana

This one-year-old female Pit Bull Terrier mix is white/brindle in color and weighs 45 pounds. With her distinctive facial markings, Nana looks like she's sporting a fun experiment or she's ready for a KISS concert—which do you think? While she may be a "rocker" in disguise, her normal demeanor is that of being a sweetie. She is playful and loves to interact with volunteers and staff alike. Even though she has managed to have a few meet and greets while being in the adoption mall, she hasn't found the right fit just yet. Nana does great on leash but will sometimes get excited about this and that so will probably need some help and direction. Adopt Nana and become her new rock star (instead of KISS). Meet Nana at Dog Adoptions (DA) 2, her ID number is A52121393.

Second Dog of the Week – Meet Kidd

This one-year, one-month-old male Hound mix is solid red in color and weighs 41 pounds. No kidding—yes, we are featuring Kidd again for a second time as pet of the week because he is such a cool and unique dog with his odd gait and fun personality. The shelter staff and volunteers are really eager for him to find his new furever home. He is ready to make his home with the right family. If you're an outdoorsy person, he won't slow you down and if you're an indoorsy type person, he will cuddle up with you. Kidd is a fun dog that doesn't let his unusual walking gait slow him down. He's ready for you to spoil him with belly rubs and lead him on some new adventures. His VIP status allows him to be adopted at a reduced adoption fee. Meet Kidd at Dog Condo (DC) 1, his ID number is A52030539.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration and microchip.
