Hispanic Heritage Ambassadors DFW, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, has opened an office in Downtown Arlington, which will serve as a resource and platform for the fast-growing Hispanic community in The American Dream City.

Education services offered at the venue will promote cultural awareness and perseverance of Hispanic culture and will help empower underserved women to excel. Topics will include mental health and suicide awareness, immigration clinics, citizenship classes, DACA, family petitions, VAWA for domestic violence, a food pantry, and toy and shoe drives.

Hispanic Heritage Ambassadors DFW’s slogan of “building bridges through partnerships” invites local businesses with a passion for service to jump in and support many of the organization’s signature events such as – “Navidad en mi Barrio” Toy Drive Nov. 18, 2021, at Bob Duncan Center from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. and “El Zapaton Shoe” Dec. 9, 2021, at the same place and time. These two programs are done in collaboration with the LONESTAR BOMBEROS Arlington Fire Department Chief Pete Arevalo and Arlington Police Department’s “Amigos en Azul.”

Hispanic Heritage Ambassadors has earned more than 28 recognitions and proclamations and have assisted 5,000 families in need. The group recently earned the GuideStar Non-Profit Transparency Silver Seal, which accredits them as a trusted nonprofit you can donate to with confidence. The organization is also a member of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce.

The Downtown office is located at 201 E. Abrams Ste 104, Arlington, Texas 76010 inside Pinnacle Station. Operating hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. by appointment only.
