Cat of the Week – Meet Abigail

This two-year-old female Domestic Shorthair is a brown and red Torbie. Our featured cat is a repeat as Pet of the Week. She’s been in the shelter for two months and is really eager to find a new “purrever” home. She is a curious sort and somewhat reserved when encountering new people Once Abigail feels comfortable around you, she’s ready for you to give her some chin rubs. A household, perhaps with older children or all adults, where she can spend quiet time contemplating her future is desirable. With an adoption fee of only $10, adopting Abigail would be a good thing for this feline. She’s really ready for a home to finally call her own. Meet Abigail in Cat Adoptions (CA) 2, her ID number is A48123490.

Dog of the Week – Meet Bolt

This two years ten months old male Pit Bull Terrier mix is black and white in color and weighs 42 pounds. Bolt is one of our longer-term residents having been in the shelter for over 40 days. He’s usually very active and ready for playtime with treats and toys holding a special interest for him. He seems to know the command of sit and walks well on a leash. Being on the receiving end of some good ear rubs makes Bolt a contented canine. Perhaps a household with an active family is what his guy needs. It’s time to “bolt” to the shelter and adopt this guy. His adoption fee is only $10 at this time. Meet Bolt in Dog Adoptions (DA) 21, his ID number is A48256127.
