If the requested tools are not available on your preferred date, we will contact you to discuss an alternate schedule. You must be present when the tools are dropped off to provide a valid ID and proof of residence via your current water bill or other utility bill. You will be provided a waiver to sign at drop-off acknowledging that the City of Arlington is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage as it relates to use of these tools or equipment. Use of these tools and equipment is at your own risk. Residents must not use these tools or equipment in an unlawful or dangerous manner, or in any manner not in accordance with any user manual. Equipment may not be used for commercial purposes; it is reserved for use by residents for personal property cleanup, home maintenance, projects, and repairs.
