The WNBA's Dallas Wings will return to UT Arlington's College Park Center this spring with even more excitement for fans.

The team announced it has expanded the 2020 season to include 36 games — two more than last season. Eighteen of the games will be played at home.

“The additional regular season games will add excitement for our fans and is representative of the growth of our league,” said Wings President & CEO Greg Bibb.

The Wings start the season May 15 on the road in Seattle. They return to Arlington May 23 for their home opener against the Minnesota Lynx.

The 2020 season also includes a month-long hiatus, allowing WNBA athletes to compete in the Summer Olympics. The season resumes Aug. 16 when the Wings host the New York Liberty.

The 2019 Wings were the youngest team in the league and were led by Rookie of the Year Runner-up Arike Ogunbowale and 2017 Rookie of the Year Allisha Gray. In addition to Ogunbowale and Gray, the team will add to its roster with two first-round picks in the 2020 draft this April.

Season tickets are currently on sale ranging from $125-$725 and include 19 games (18 regular season games plus a preseason game.) Single-game tickets will be available soon.
