Theatre Arlington’s production of Ripcord stars Debbie Brown as Marilyn and Drenda Lewis as Abby.Roommate drama takes center stage this January at Theatre Arlington. The Downtown Arlington company is kicking off 2020 with its production of "Ripcord."

The script was written by Pulitzer Prize-winner David Lindsay-Abaire and follows two women forced to share a room at a senior living facility.

The women are polar opposites and take steps to get rid of the other, by any means necessary. That leads to a harmless bet, setting up comedic moments but also moments of self-reflection for the characters.

Theatre Arlington's production of "Ripcord" stars Debbie Brown and Drenda Lewis in the leading roles and is directed by Sharon Kaye Miller.

"Ripcord" opens Jan. 10, 2020 and runs through Jan. 26.

There will be performances Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 along with a Sunday matinee at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $26 and available by clicking here.

The show includes adult language and is recommend for audiences 16 years old and older.
