2020 Brings Local Talent, Big Names to Arlington Music Hall

The historic Arlington Music Hall, in Downtown Arlington, is kicking off the new year with a mix of local talent, big names and tributes to some rock icons.

Here are just a few of the acts headed to Arlington in early 2020.

January

January includes tributes to The Allman Brothers and Neil Young on Jan. 10, Pink Floyd on Jan. 11 and Huey Lewis on Jan. 30.

Symphony Arlington will take the stage Jan. 16. Country stars Collin Raye and Phil Vassar perform Jan. 17 and 24, respectively. 

If you're looking to experience a new sound, Japanese composer and pianist Hiromi will perform Jan. 29. South African Grammy-winning a capella group Ladysmith Black Mambazo brings their talents to Arlington Jan. 25.

February

Country star Neal McCoy kicks things off with a performance Feb. 1. Country Music Hall of Fame member Connie Smith performs the afternoon of Feb. 15.

The February lineup also includes jazz performer Joey DeFrancesco the evening of Feb. 15,  a tribute to the Beatles, Feb. 20 and Latin Grammy winners The Afro Bop Alliance Feb 22. 

March

March begins with a performance by southern rock group Atlanta Rhythm Section on March 6. The following evening, jazz group The Hot Sardines takes the stage. 

Symphony Arlington returns for a spring performance March 19. 

For country music fans, Aaron Tippin will play his long list of hits March 20. Former child star and "The Voice" contestant Billy Gilman performs March 31.

Expect a moving tribute to Patsy Cline March 28. There will also be tributes to Tom Petty and Fleetwood Mac this month on March 13 and 26, respectively.
