Dog of the Week – Meet Storm

This three year old female American Pit Bull Terrier mix is blue and white in color and weighs 55 pounds. No stormy weather here at the shelter. We do have a dog named Storm waiting to be adopted though. This sweet dog walks well on a leash and responds favorably to being petted. While she will chase after a toy, she doesn’t do well in returning the object back to you. Storm would probably do best with an active family that would encourage her to engage in physical activity. Come visit the shelter to see if this is the “perfect” Storm for your family. Meet Storm at Dog Adoptions (DA) 6, her ID number is 43253440.

Cat of the Week – Meet Henry

This one year old male Domestic Medium Hair is solid blue in color. This lovable cat is really wanting to find a new pet guardian to claim as his own. He loves attention and will assertively “head-butt” your hand for attention. He has a quiet purr that he responds with when being petted. He was able to show his athletic ability by doing a chin up on the window in the meeting room. Henry is worth a look. Check out the fluffiest of tails on him and consider him as your next furry companion. Reading a book with him curled up next to you will have you exclaiming, “Oh, Henry, what a fine cat you are!” Meet Henry at Cat Condo (CC) 1, his ID number is 43307035.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
