1. River Legacy Foundation Fall Festival

River Legacy's new Fall Festival combines the best elements of After Dark in the Park and Eco-Fest for a new weekend-long celebration of all things autumn. Get ready for bounce houses, storytelling under the stars, a trip to the pumpkin patch and more. There will also be a Monarch Butterfly festival happening at the park as well. Tickets are $8 per person. You can save money at the link above by purchasing a family fun pack. The festival is open Oct. 12 and 13 from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. 

2. South Street Art Festival

Head to Downtown Arlington Friday through Sunday for a free art festival. More than 60 artists will have their work on display and for sale. The styles range from jewelry to pottery. There will also be food vendors onsite. And stop by Saturday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to see how art is made using a steamroller. The festival is at the intersection of South & Elm streets. Parking is free on the street or in the City's Downtown Garage. 

3. Family Fun Campout

Join Arlington Parks & Recreation Friday at Veterans Park for a night under the stars. You'll have the chance to decorate your tent before "tent-or-treating" the park grounds. (Make sure to bring candy!) You'll also have the chance to make s'mores and join in other festive activities. Tickets are $10 per person. 

4. Martin High School Craft Show

Head to Martin High School this weekend for one-of-a-kind crafts. Admission is $3. The fair is open Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. 

5. Jason Aldean at Globe Life Park

One of country music's biggest names is coming to Arlington Friday. Jason Aldean will perform at Globe Life Park along with opening acts Kane Brown and Carly Pearce. Tickets start at $29.50.

6. Billy Joel at Globe Life Park

A weekend of amazing music at Globe Life Park continues Saturday when superstar Billy Joel takes the stage. Tickets start at $55. 

7. Live Music at Levitt Pavilion 

Downtown Arlington's Levitt Pavilion wraps up its fall concert series with three free performances this weekend. Texas country artist Kody West performs Friday. Saturday belongs to conjunto artist Albert Zamora, and folk group The Dirty River Boys close out the weekend Sunday. All shows begin at 8 p.m. Just bring a lawn chair. 

8. Legal Draft Pumpkin Party 

Channel your inner artist Saturday at Legal Draft Beer Co. in Downtown's Urban Union. The brewery is hosting a pumpkin decorating party. Bring your pumpkin and any decorations you like. You'll keep the mess out of your home while enjoying a local beer or root beer. Admission is free. The party runs from noon until 6 p.m. 

9. Food Truck Friday

This is your final chance this fall to enjoy dinner at Food Truck Friday. (The trucks will be serving lunch starting next week.) Just head to Stovall Park from 5:30 until 10 p.m. to enjoy dinner outside. Bring lawn chairs or a blanket, and we'll provide the yard games. 

10. Texas vs. OU Watch Party at Texas Live!

Head to Texas Live! Saturday morning to catch the OU/Texas game on the venue's 100-foot screen. Kickoff is at 11 a.m. and admission is free.
