Dog of the Week – Meet Frosty

Frosty is our chosen dog of the week. This one year old female Labrador retriever mix is blond in color and weighs 40 pounds. Frosty does not live up to her name as she is a curious, energetic, active dog. She will opt for a good belly rub, or chest rub, or ear rub over playtime. Labs are considered to be good natured hardworking pets. A family willing to provide exercise opportunities and lots of love would work well for Frosty. Some structured training classes would probably be beneficial to her. Come adopt this great dog during “Dogtober”—adoption fees are only $25.00. Meet Frosty in Dog Adoptions (DA1), her ID number is 42771152.

Cat of the Week – Meet Tael

Tael is our chosen cat of the week. This four year old male brown, black and white tabby is a domestic shorthair. Due to his previous pet guardian moving, Tael was owner surrendered to the shelter. He is very wary of strange noises and quick movements. Being petted on the cheeks and head is enjoyable but it takes a lot of patience to be able to accomplish that. A quiet environment with all adults would probably be best for Tael where he can feel safe and loved. Come adopt Tael during October while our adoption fees are $25.00. Meet Tael in Cat Adoptions (CA29), his ID number is 42863947.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
