Dog of the Week – Meet Pepper

This one year old male Labrador Retriever mix is yellow in color and weighs 49 pounds. Pepper is an active one year old that acts more like an eager puppy. He loves playing fetch with toys and does a really good job of returning the toy to you. He does know the commands of “sit” and “down” but could use some work on leash walking. Labs are considered to be kid and dog friendly so an active family with children would probably be a plus for Pepper. Meet Pepper in Dog Adoptions (DA) 16, his ID number is 42182947.

Cat of the Week – Meet Victoria

This one and half year old female Domestic Shorthair is black and white in color. Victoria is a somewhat reserved cat who really likes attention being paid to her. She can be apprehensive of your intentions at first, but will warm up to you and respond with purring and kneading. Her preferences include slow movements and a quiet environment. An interesting mix of black white fur on her face will endear her to you. Scoring a new “purrever” home would definitely be a victory for Victoria. Meet Victoria in Cat Adoptions (CA) 3, her ID number is 342181648.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
