2016 Texas Rangers Fan Fest

The 2015 Fan Fest was one to remember! Fans enjoyed autograph sessions from top players, tours of the clubhouse, and question and answer sessions with coaches. The Rangers can't wait to see you at the 2016 event this Saturday, January 23 at Globe Life Park in Arlington as the defending AL West Champs gear up for next season!

Let's Hang On! at Arlington Music Hall

Let's Hang On! has established itself as the preeminent Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons tribute group by combining spot-on vocals and crisp choreography with a genuine ability to entertain an audience. Let's Hang On! respectfully pays tribute to all these classic "Seasons" details while also paying tribute to the Broadway show, The Jersey Boys. This powerhouse group will perform all of The Frankie Valli mega hits including: Sherry, Big Girls Don't Cry, Walk Like A Man, Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You, December of 1963 and Who Loves You! Arlington Fire vs. Arlington Police Charity Hockey Game

Get ready for a friendly competition on the ice this weekend to benefit a good cause! Both the Arlington Fire Department and the Arlington Police Department will be participating in the 13th Annual Charity Hockey Game this Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 6 p.m. The event will take place at NYTEX Sports Centre, located at 8851 Ice House Drive in North Richland Hills, TX 76180. Admission to the game is $5.00 and the proceeds go directly to Sisterhood of AFD to help injured police and firefighters in our community.

Extended Adult Hike at River Legacy Parks

Explore the flora and fauna of River Legacy Parks during a guided nature hike in River Legacy Parks this Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 7:30 a.m. This outdoor event is free, but space is limited. Modern Masters from the Guild Hall Collection

This exhibition will feature work by 60 artists including Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg, Jackson Pollock, Roy Lichtenstein, Willem de Kooning, and Robert Motherwell. Modern art has brought a fresh and unconventional approach to the creative community, expressing the loves, hates, ideas, beliefs, interests, passions, strengths, and weaknesses of a generation emerging in the mid-Twentieth Century. This exhibit will explore traditional mediums of art, outside the box, and how the art world embraced the work that represents a movement that changed the face of fine art in America. Astronaut at UTA Planetarium

See what it takes to become an Astronaut and the effect space has on the human body this Sunday, January 24 at UTA Planetarium! Narrated by Ewan McGregor, experience a rocket launch from inside the body of an astronaut, explore the amazing worlds of inner and outer space, and discover the perils that lurk in space.
