Hello! My name is "Ford" and I am the Arlington Animal Services' Center chosen Dog of the Week. I am a male Terrier Mix, estimated to be about two years old and am considered a small-size dog. Volunteers call me "Mr. Happy" because I have never met a stranger! I sure do enjoy people. I've even met some really nice older children and enjoyed being held by them and playing with them, as well. I am a pretty easy going fellow who walks well on a leash. Since I am young, I still have lots of energy so if you are an active family who likes to walk, play or go to the dog park I would be perfect for you! Volunteers enjoy my handsome smiles and say that I can jump like a little jumping bean. Some even say that I would probably be a good dog to teach tricks to because I am treat motivated and like to work for my treats. I will even sit and lay down for them! As you can see, I am a really smart fellow! I am currently available for adoption and am located in kennel number DA17. My adoption fees include all my core vaccinations, a micro-chip, neuter, and 30 days free pet insurance. If you are looking for a smart, handsome young fellow to fall in love with, look no further! I am your man! Come down today and visit with me. Give them my ID number 2044019, and tell them you are looking for "Ford", the Dog of the Week! By the way, I am available at half the normal adoption price during the Manager's Special between now and Saturday, August 3.
