According to Arlington officials, city government facilities will open Monday at 10 a.m. due to inclement weather.
All non-essential personnel will report to work at 10 a.m. Emergency services will operate without interruption.
All trash and recycling collection services have been canceled for Monday. The Arlington Landfill will be closed the entire day. Stay tuned for more updates.
The Handitran office and special transportation services will be closed as well.

The Arlington Parks and Recreation Department announced the following delays and closings Sunday night:
- Tennis Center: programs have been cancelled. The pro shop will remain open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Arlington Golf: greens will be closed. Pro shops will remain open from 8:0 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Recreation and Athletic Facilities: openings delayed until 9:00 a.m. Programs offered before 9:00 a.m. are cancelled.
Also, all YMCA of Arlington Family Centers and Administration Offices will be closed Monday.
