Texas Health Hosts Free Shredding Event in Arlington, Other Cities on May 7

Seven Texas Health locations will host a free, secure shredding event from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 7.

The trucks will be at these locations:

Texas Health Headquarters, 612 East Lamar Blvd. in Arlington
Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. in Fort Worth Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Lane in Dallas
Texas Health Plano, 6200 Parker Road in Plano
Texas Health Cleburne, 201 Walls Drive in Cleburne
Texas Health Denton, 3000 North I-35 in Denton
Texas Health Stephenville, 411 North Belknap in Stephenville

Each person may bring up to five boxes or bags of material to be shredded and recycled.
Shredding services at this event meet the most stringent requirements for security and are provided at no cost by Iron Mountain, the professional document destruction firm used by Texas Health.

ITEMS THAT CAN BE SHREDDED INCLUDE:

  • All paper
  • Fasteners such as paper clips, staples, binder clips
  • Business cards, brochures, banners, pamphlets, fliers

PLEASE DO NOT BRING:

  • Food or liquids of any type
  • Glass, plastic, aluminum
  • Batteries
  • Wrappers, cans, bottles

For the past five years, this event has shredded and recycled over 250,000 pounds of material saving over 1,520 tree and 260 cubic yards of landfill space.
