According to Arlington officials, city government facilities will open Thursday at 10 a.m. due to inclement weather.
All non-essential personnel will report to work at 10 a.m. Emergency services will operate without interruption.
Handitran operations are closed Thursday, March 5, 2015.
According to Republic Services, all trash and recycling collection has been canceled. The Arlington Landfill will be open today.
