The cold and wet weather didn't stop several Arlington residents and visitors from enjoying the Holiday Lights Parade and tree lighting in Downtown on Saturday, December 3, 2016.

The live entertainment was moved inside to J. Gilligan"s from the Levitt Pavilion due to the rain and included a performance from Hannah Kirby, contestant on season 8 of NBC"s The Voice.

The parade was still a go at 6 p.m. in Downtown Arlington. The parade began at the corner of S Center St. and E Main St. and ended at the corner of E Abram St. and S East St.

Mayor Jeff Williams, along with Santa Claus, had flip-the-switch honors to light the 57-foot blue spruce after the parade.

If you missed the parade, you can check out a number of photos and videos from attendees on the City of Arlington"s Facebook page.
