If you are an adult who wants to learn more about health, wellness, volunteering, and housing in Arlington, the Aging Well Expo is for you! Mayor Jeff Williams and Commissioner Andy Nguyen invite you to learn more about the services, professionals and programs available in Arlington and beyond.

Save the date! The 2018 Aging Well Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at the Arlington Convention Center, 1200 Ballpark Way.

Arlington is committed to the health of its community and this free expo is packed with local professionals, health and wellness screenings, a variety of informative presentations, fitness demonstrations and fun door prizes.

 Annual Aging

The expo will offer a chance to receive screenings for cholesterol, blood pressure and blood glucose, as well as vision, hearing and fall risk evaluation. Flu, pneumonia, whooping cough and tetanus shots along with other vaccinations will be available for free for those who qualify.

Register between January 2 and March 7, 2018, to be guaranteed a free lunch; otherwise registration is not required. Walk-in guests are welcome. Parking is free and assistance will be available from the parking lot to the entrance.
