Come along for a mouthwatering ride and catch The American Dream City's cultural diversity and unique cuisine with Arlington Eats on MyArlingtonTV.

In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits Emily and Larry Parker of Squishy Squash Edible Landscapes, a mobile vegetable garden installation business serving Arlington and surrounding communities.

The Parkers' dream started in 2012 in the backyard of Emily's mother in south Arlington. Farm to Fork Foods, which was featured in a July 2017 episode of Arlington Eats, provided the couple with a space to create a demonstration garden and helped them develop their first clients. The Squishy Squash Edible Landscapes dream became a reality in September 2016.

The company specializes in a variety of seeds and plants that grow best in the North Texas climate. They also offer consultation services and other gardening needs to customers for an hourly rate. You can call Squishy Squash Edible Landscapes at (254) 421-3683 or e-mail them at [email protected].
