Town Hall Meetings

Arlington City Council members will host a series of community town hall meetings this month to discuss the short-term rental industry. The purpose of these meetings will be to present data about the current situation in Arlington, take public comment about community concerns, and learn how other cities are balancing the opportunities and challenges of this new and dynamic marketplace.

Short-term rentals are a complex topic, one that raises important questions about balancing housing, quality of life, and economic development in our neighborhoods. Getting feedback from all stakeholders - hosts, neighbors, business owners, and guests - will help the City prioritize the issues that matter most to our community.
