Are you moving?

We can transfer your service to your new address if:

  • your current active service is in Arlington and is metered and billed by Arlington Water Utilities
  • your "new" address is in Arlington and is metered and billed by Arlington Water Utilities
  • a definite date (within 30 calendar days) can be given to stop service at your "old' address, and all previous balances have been paid in full
  • a definite date (within 30 calendar days) can be given to start service at your "new' address

You may request a final reading to close your account if:

  • the address you are moving out of is a current active account with Arlington Water Utilities
  • a definite date (within 30 calendar days) can be given to end your service
  • a forwarding address can be provided for the final statement/refund of deposit

  • call 817-275-5931 during our daytime business hours to speak to a Customer Services Representative
  • Account activation and closure occur on the business day after a request is made.
