In lieu of high-intensity workout classes being temporarily postponed at our centers, Arlington Parks and Recreation is excited to offer FREE live virtual fitness classes!

We will continue to feature live virtual fitness classes at 9:30 am every Monday Wednesday, and Friday on @arlingtonparks Facebook. A pre-recorded workout will also be available at 6:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  •  Group Fitness Participants must provide their own weights and mats if desired. Bring your bottled water to stay hydrated! Chairs will be thoroughly cleaned after each use. There will be no childcare offered.

All customers must provide their own weights if desired. Chairs will be thoroughly cleaned after each use. Markings on the floor will indicate a 6 foot space between each participant to ensure social distancing. Additional supplies for activities will be sanitized and used only by one participant in each class.

  • Red Gym: Drop in Open play basketball (limit an hour per person) - $3 per person or memberships 2 people goals—max 12 people per hour.
  • Open Walk - $3/person or Facility Card, all ages.  You will use the track to work out and get your game on. In order to maintain social distancing we are limiting the open walk to 12 people total.
  • Fitness class (all ages) or weight room (14 and up)—$3/person or memberships.
