2022 Retiree Annual Enrollment is October 25, 2021 to November 5, 2021.

The Annual Enrollment period is the time of the year for retirees to review insurance plan options and complete elections for the 2022 plan year.

New changes for 2022 include rate increases for Medical and Dental plans. Please refer to the 2022 Retiree Benefits Guide for the rates.
There were no changes to Vision plans, cost or coverage for 2022.

Your current benefit selections for 2021 will roll over into the 2022 plan year.

If you wish to make a change to one or more of your benefit plans, please complete the forms listed below:

  • 2022 Retiree Annual Enrollment/Change Form
  • Primary Care Physician (Only if adding spouses/dependents)

Please return to Human Resources no later than November 5, 2021.

If you have your premiums paid through TMRS HLPS, you will need to update your information with TMRS by 12/01/2021, so the deduction will be correct at the end of the month to cover 1/1/2022.
