Larry Glover

Larry Glover is a great example of what an outstanding volunteer should be, which is why he was chosen as the 2015 Bill McCart Volunteer of the Year for Arlington Animal Services! Larry is always pleasant and eager to train new employees on how to properly clean and feed the adoptable cats. He helps the shelter employees tremendously by giving of his time every week to make sure the cats all have a clean place to purr. We appreciate Larry’s willingness to volunteer and the passion he exemplifies each time he’s here, doing what he loves to do. Larry has been an Arlington Animal Services Center volunteer for over three years and we are honored to have him.

After Larry learned that he was chosen as Volunteer of the Year, he said, “This has been so satisfying that my time is being used to help these animals and the employees for a great cause. I am surprised and blessed that the shelter would consider me to be the Volunteer of the Year!”

The shelter is grateful for volunteers like Larry, who consistently and faithfully volunteer. We can always count on Larry and the Arlington Animal Shelter staff appreciates his dedication.

Congratulations Larry!
