Are you moving?  We're here to help you transfer your service to your new address.  You may request a transfer of service if:

• your current active service is in Arlington and is metered and billed by Arlington Water Utilities

• your "new" address is in Arlington and is metered and billed by Arlington Water Utilities

• a definite date can be given to stop service at your "old" address

• a definite date can be given to start service at your "new" address

To request a transfer of service:

• Login to your account and submit your request

or

• call 817-275-5931 during our daytime business hours to speak to a Customer Services Representative
