service. There are a number of ways to obtain information about your
account or contact our Customer Services office for assistance.

We provide all account services on our website 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
Make full or partial payments, one-time or recurring
View your current and past bills.
View your payment and consumption history.
Request transfer service, or close service.
Change information on your account (such as mailing address or
phone number).
Request maintenance services (leak investigations, readings, or
meter issues).
Give us your feedback or comments.

Our Customer Services Representatives provide all services over
the telephone between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday. The busiest times for us are Mondays and the day after
holidays. You may experience longer wait times on these days, so
for your convenience you may want to call us on a different day.
When you dial 817-275-5931, you will initially be greeted by an
automated response system where you can receive important
information any time without talking to a representative.

Request a variety of documents to be faxed to you:
- Proof of Service Letter
- Name Change Form
- Bank Draft Authorization Form

We welcome your business in person, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday, to talk about your account, accept any type of
payment, or help you with other related concerns you may have.
After-hours drop boxes are provided at both locations if you wish
to drop off your payment any time of the day or night.
