We offer several convenient ways to pay your bill. Use your bank
account, or your Visa, MasterCard,
or Discover credit or debit card. It's quick, easy, and there is no
fee for this service!

Pay online through our Utility
Billing website
Log in any time to pay your bill online. You can make a one-time
payment in full (or in part before your due date). After your
payment is submitted, you will receive an email with a
confirmation and transaction number.
You can also schedule for recurring payments that will
automatically pay from your bank account, credit or debit card
each month. Note: All requests for recurring payments must be
submitted at least five days before the bill date of the bill to
pay the current month's amount due.
While logged on, you can also view your current and past bills,
consumption and payment history, or make requests for service.

Pay by phone 24 hours a day:

Dial 817-275-5931 any time to pay your bill in full through
our automated telephone system. There's no waiting, no need to
talk to a person. After payment is made, you will receive a
confirmation number from the automated system.
You can also hear your account balance, the date and amount of
your last payment, and other helpful information when you call.

Dial 817-275-5931 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday, to pay your bill in full (or in part before your
due date) with a Customer Services Representative.
Our busiest times are Mondays and the day after holidays. So to
avoid a longer wait time, you may want to call us on a different
day of the week, or try the automated or online systems to make
your payment any time of the day or night with no waiting.

Pay in person with a Cashier
North Office, 101 W Abram St
South Office, 1100 SW Green Oaks Blvd
Come to one of our two Arlington offices between 8:00 a.m. and
5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to pay your bill with a cashier.

Pay by Mail
Use the payment stub attached to your bill and enclose it with
your check or money order, or, fill out the credit/debit card form
printed on the back of your water utility bill. Mail to:
