Mission: Coordinates the design and construction of municipal
building projects
This division is responsible for the successful completion of
municipal building projects for the City of Arlington. Projects
include new construction and the renovation of existing facilities.
This division oversees contract administration and ensures that
services are appropriately delivered by architectural firms and
construction contractors. It ensures responsive design in each
project, both aesthetically and practically, and the timely
execution of the work as a building project is completed.
