How long does it take to get a streetlight fixed?

For a streetlight burn out, the repair time is one to three days.  Some lights have more involved repairs that take a little bit longer to repair.

Who is responsible for tree limbs covering the pole or power lines?

The property owner is responsible for maintaining the trees on his/her property.  The City does not trim trees for citizens.  The electric companies trim the trees over and around power lines.
